Friday Wish List

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful Friday! I cannot wait to get off work and for it to be the weekend! Tonight we are going to graduation party for my friend's sister and then tomorrow after work we are going to see our friends in Gainesville and go swimming in the springs. I am so excited and cannot wait!!!!

Here is my Friday Wish List:

1. Love Ring

I have a bracelet just like this and I would "love" to have a matching ring!

2. Retro Redecorating Dress


I love the colors of this dress. I decorated my whole house with these colors and also some blue but these are the main colors throughout my whole house.

3. Mini Figure USB Flash Drive

Yes you read right! This little guy is a flash drive! How cute!! I want want want!!

4. Mmm Melting Marshmallow Moment Bath Melt

My new found love for Lush has made a wish list for stuff from them a mile long but this is definitely at the top of my list.

5. Rhinestone Roses Necklace

I don't think this needs an explanation. It is just plain gorgeous!

6. Branch Brigade Mug

I do drink coffee but it is always iced but this mug would definitely make me drink it hot!

7. Sticky Situation Media Stand

I would only want this for the novelty of it. I find it hilarious!

8. Urban Decay Naked Palette

I went to buy this at Ulta yesterday and our store is out of them. Oh well! I will have my paws on this eventually and hopefully really soon!

9. Vera Bradley Loop Keychain in Baroque

I actually had bought one of these recently and I loved it! But one day I looked at my keychain and only the clippy part was attached the loop and the rest of it were gone! I looked everywhere but I have no idea where it went. I was very upset but hopefully I will get a new one soon!

10. Revlon Blue Lagoon

I have been hearing people rave about this new color and I must say it does look very pretty! I know I will end up adding this to my collection and probably soon!

Lush Haul

I am sure many of you have been to a Lush but I must admit I was a Lush virgin until this past Saturday. I never had anything against it, I just didn't know much about it. And the only one in my area is about 1 1/2 hour away so I haven't had many opportunities to go. I kept on seeing Lush hauls all over YouTube and after seeing so many of them I thought I needed to jump on the Lush bandwagon. So when I had a free afternoon I dragged Rocky with me to the Lush store (I'm not too mean, we went to all the stores he wanted to go into first! Only so I wouldn't feel guilty about dragging him into Lush.) And I think he actually enjoyed himself and helped me pick out some things. Now let me tell you...I AM IN LOVE WITH LUSH! I have yet to try any of the products I bought but I already know I am going to love them! I think I might take a bath tonight. I can't wait any longer! The employees at Lush were so nice and very helpful! It was a great atmosphere and I loved every bit of my experience.
Here is my haul.

I had to force myself to leave or I would have bought one of everything they had. I am already starting a list of what I want to get next time I go!

Think Pink Bath Bomb

A pink candy-topped treat with intoxicating tonka bean absolute and a sweet vanilla fragrance.

I had to get this because of the cute flowers on the top and the idea of a bath bomb was just intriguing to me.

The Comforter Bubble Bar


Fruity blackcurrent bubbles to soften you up.

It seemed like every Lush haul had one of these in them so I just had to try it and see what the fuss is all about.

Sunny Side Bubble Bar

If shimmery liquid gold water isn't enough to make you smile, the refreshing citrus scent will.

I could not resist this gold glitter covered bar of shimmering goodness. I took one look at it and knew it was coming home with me.

Buffy Body Butter

Triple threat exfoliating and moisturizing bar for slaying backsides.

My friend recommended this to me and as soon as the sunburn I got this weekend heals I will be trying this out!

Heavanilli Massage Bar

A sexy vanilla massage bar you'll want to rub all over-absolutely heavenly!

I wanted a massage bar and didn't know which to get so Rocky picked this one out for me.

Vanilla In The Mist Soap

A slice of vanilla latte for your morning shower.

This was the sample they gave me. It smells so delicious. I wasn't too crazy about it at first but now I love the vanilla and coffee bean mixture.

Chicks before Dicks or Bros before Hoes?

The other night I saw the new movie, Something Borrowed. I must say, I really enjoyed it. It was drawn out a little too much in the middle but overall it was a great romantic comedy. For those of you who have not heard of it, it is a movie about a woman who is in love with her best friend's fiance and he is in love with her as well. They take the entire movie to decide what they are going to do about the predicament they are in. It got me thinking though. If I was in the same situation, what would I do? Would I push my feelings aside in order to keep my friend happy or would I dump my friend for love? Before I met my fiance I probably would have said I could not do that to my friend. But having met my fiance and being madly in love with him I would choose him over any friend I have. He is my best friend and he gives me more than any friend ever has or could. He is my support and my rock. After being with him I don't know how I would make it without him. Friends come and go but true love lasts. Now don't get me wrong, before you make such a serious decision you need to make sure you are truly in love and the feeling is mutual. If you're not in it for the long haul, it's not worth it. What I'm really trying to say is it's not always "chicks before dicks" or "bros before hoes". Sometimes you've got to take risks for the one you love. If it's true love, it's always worth it.
